At verkalis, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
